Returns and Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, please email us at hi@sadi.love and a real human will personally assist you within 1-2 business days!
We kindly ask that you request your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
We accept items in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
International orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges and store credits are offered, with postage to be paid by the customer.
Orders placed using discount or promotion codes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Orders placed using sign-up promotional codes or specially generated codes remain eligible for refunds and exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped Internationally, we do not offer returns at this time. Exchanges are accepted , but shipping charges must be covered by the customer. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sadi Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for any issues with your delivery.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds for orders shipped Internationally are not accepted, exchanges only.
Orders placed with discount or promotion codes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
